PRIVACY POLICY

Private information (shipping address, phone number and financial information) is collected during the purchasing process in order to bill and submit orders. In addition, this information is necessary for contacting customers if there are any issues with processing orders. This information is used for these purposes only.

SHIPMENTS

Purchases are ordered, processed and shipped anytime between 8am-5pm (mountain time), Monday-Friday.

Most orders will be shipped within 15 business days to allow for artist to complete the ordered item.

If the order time is outside the 15 business days, the purchaser will be contacted and informed.

All domestic and international shipments are shipped via USPS and the purchaser will receive a complimentary email including the shipment's tracking information.

Shipping costs vary depending on weight and speed of delivery.

RETURNS

For inquiries on all exchanges and returns please email raechellenm@gmail.com or lyle.secatero@gmail.com

Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days of confirmed purchase on undamaged jewelry. Return for purchases excludes the shipping cost. Shipping cost for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of confirmed purchase on undamaged jewelry.

Custom sales are eligible for exchange only.

Items that have been excessively damaged will not be deemed eligible for repair, exchange, or return.

Please include your address, phone number, email, a picture of the damaged piece, a brief description, and confirmation of original purchase. If a repair is appropriate, the purchaser will receive a repair confirmation and an estimated repair time with shipping information. Repairs are subject to shipping charges.
